You can easily track the status of a scan by going to the scans list (Network > Scan Results). The Status column shows the status of all running and completed network scans (external scans) for the subscription, whether launched within PCI or imported from the VM module.
Launch Requested - A user has launched a scan or the service started a scan based on a scan schedule. The scanner(s) have not started running the scan job.
Running - The scanner(s) are actively running the scan job.
Importing - The scan is currently being imported to your PCI account. This applies to scans that you run in the VM module and share with PCI.
Finished - The scanner(s) have finished the scan job or, if you ran the scan in the VM module and shared it, the scan import has finished. A scan summary email is sent to the user who initiated the scan.
No Host Alive - No hosts were scanned because no hosts were "alive" at the time of the scan, meaning that they did not respond to probes sent by the PCI service. Canceled - The scan was canceled by a user of administrator before it finished.
